This 4ha smallholding is located in the western foothills of the Outeniqua mountains, 25km from Oudtshoorn and 35km from George.
The triangular property is on a North facing slope at an altitude of about 500m above sea level. The property is divided by an irrigation furrow. The soil of the lower 3ha has been sampled, analysed and ameliorated according to biological farming principles and recommendations.
There are three one-bedroomed dwellings, each with a private bathroom. •
There is no Municipal water supply but we’ve a system for supplying our own water needs.
