This 4ha smallholding is located in the western foothills of the Outeniqua mountains, 25km from Oudtshoorn and 35km from George.
The triangular property is on a North facing slope at an altitude of about 500m above sea level. The property is divided by an irrigation furrow. There is no Municipal water supply but we’ve a system for supplying our own water needs.
